Quotes and project scope

Inquiries submitted through this website are requests for information and do not create a contract. After reviewing your inquiry, we will discuss your goals and provide a quote that outlines the agreed scope, deliverables, and timeline.

Work begins once the scope and terms in the proposal are accepted.

Client responsibilities

Projects move best when content, brand materials, and feedback are provided on time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply and for having the rights to use any logos, images, or text you provide.

Revisions and changes

Each proposal includes an agreed revision scope. Feedback within that scope is welcome and expected. Requests that add pages, features, or direction beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Third-party services

Some projects rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment processing, or booking tools. Those services are billed and governed by their own providers, and their availability is outside our control.

Ownership and portfolio use

Ownership and licensing of the finished website are defined in your project agreement. We may ask permission to feature completed work in our portfolio — and we will only do so with your approval.

No guaranteed outcomes

We design and build websites to support your business goals, but we cannot guarantee specific sales results, search rankings, or customer growth. Anything stated as an expectation is an estimate, not a promise.
