Every project follows the same transparent payment structure, documented in a written proposal and agreement. No hidden stages, no surprise invoices — you always know what is due, when, and what it covers.
Three stages, tied to real progress
This is the default schedule for website development projects. Your proposal confirms the exact percentages, amounts, and due dates for your project.
40%
Initial deposit
After proposal approval
Required after you approve the proposal and sign the agreement. It reserves your development schedule, allows work to begin, and covers initial project preparation and approved upfront expenses.
30%
Development milestone
At the design & build milestone
Due when the agreed design and major development milestones are complete. You review the progress, and work continues on the agreed project schedule.
30%
Final payment
Before launch & handover
Due after the project is complete and you have completed your final review. It must clear before production launch, final handover, or transfer of administrative ownership — then you receive the agreed deliverables.

One document, every number in writing
Before work begins you receive a personalized proposal covering the full scope and the complete payment schedule.
- Project name and a summary of the agreed services
- Every included page, feature, and integration
- The total development price
- The initial deposit, development milestone, and final payment amounts
- The estimated development timeline
- The number of included revision rounds
- Third-party expenses and exclusions
- Optional monthly maintenance plans
- The proposal expiration date
Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. A quote becomes binding only after you accept it and execute the project agreement — until then it is a good-faith estimate of the work described.
Development fees, kept separate from third-party costs
We never fold outside costs into a project price quietly. Anything billed on top of development is listed here, quoted at cost, and approved by you first.
Domain registration & renewal
Registered in your name when you purchase it through us.
Hosting or platform subscriptions
Billed by the provider on their cycle.
Premium plugins & software
Licensed for your site, priced at cost.
Third-party integrations
Any subscription a connected service charges.
Payment processing fees
Charged by your payment provider, not by us.
Additional functionality outside scope
Quoted in a written change request before any work starts.
Development fees are separate from third-party costs. Domain registration and renewal, hosting or platform subscriptions, premium plugins and software, third-party integrations, and payment processing fees are billed at cost unless your proposal includes them. We ask for your written approval before incurring any additional billable expense, and any domain we register on your behalf is registered in your name.
Domain ownership
When you purchase a domain through us, it is registered in your name and stays in your control.
Pay the way that works for your business
Accepted methods
- Payment link or invoice sent by email
- Bank transfer (ACH or wire) — account details appear on your invoice
- Check or another payment method approved in advance
Online card payment is being set up. Until it is live, invoices are settled by bank transfer or another method we agree on in writing.
How payments are recorded
Invoices are due on receipt unless your project agreement states otherwise. A payment is only recorded as received once it has cleared and been verified. We never ask for card or bank numbers by email or chat, and we never store raw card details.
We never collect or store raw card numbers, and we do not mark an invoice as paid until the payment has actually cleared and been verified.
The details in plain language
These policies form part of the project agreement you sign before work begins. If anything is unclear, ask before you sign — we would rather answer a question now.
